This week, I got to play with my new hand-made pottery stamps. Way too fun. Way too addicting. Can’t wait to see how they come out. Working with the stamps is firing off all sorts of ideas in my head!

Can’t wait to see the finished projects at the top of this post. I really like that oatmeal (beige) speckled glaze. Funny coming from someone who loves bold colours.
I know right? Its actually a simple clear glaze letting the speckled buff clay show through. I think it has a pretty old world country vibe. Plus glazes are where I screw everything up, so underglaze painting and simply adding clear, gives me a lot more control!
Plus I still get a good amount of my favorite – color ;)
